Our Adult Ballet Classes

Freyer Academy of Ballet is proud to be the area's premier school for adult ballet training. Our comprehensive program offers classes for all levels in a fun, non-competitive environment. For the brand new student aspiring to study classical ballet, to the advanced and technically proficient dancer wishing to maintain their skillset, we have the class for you.

FAB has successfully trained adult dancers for over 28 years following a carefully constructed syllabus that focuses on building a strong foundation. Our program offers class levels beginning with Fundamentals of Ballet through Intermediate Ballet and Pointe. Dancers progresss slowly and safely from level to level at their own comfortable pace. Our classes accomodate a wide range of ages and physical abilities.
