Linda Freyer
Director/Owner/Teacher

Linda received her early training at The American Ballet Theater School and graduated from Adelphi University with a BFA in Dance Education. She has studied under some of the most renowned teachers including Valentina Pereyaslavec, Oleg Sabline and Igor Schwezoff. Professionally, Linda has danced choreography by Loren Hightower, Phyllis Lamhut, Norman Walker and Don Redlich. Under the direction of Genia Melikova she had the opportunity to perform with Gelsey Kirkland, Marianna Tcherkassy and Fernando Bujones. Most recently, Ms. Freyer has choreographed and performed original works for Ballet Ecole's Performing Ensemble. She created Ballet Ecole seventeen years ago with the intent to offer exceptional ballet training to all ages.  Presently, Freyer Academy of Ballet boasts one of Fairfield County's most prestigious adult programs as well as an unique approach to enhancing the abilities of the young student aspiring to a professional career.
